Inactive dried yeasts manufactured by Bio Springer are nutritional ingredients consisting of baker's yeast which have been inactivated by heat and consequently have no more fermentative capability. They are mostly used as natural nutritional and dietary supplements, or added to health food formulations as a source of proteins, amino acids, vitamin B, minerals, and fibers.
